With the World Cup now here, security in all host cities has been beefed up and may well impinge on our freedom to go to sea. Be warned that the Water Police are going to be checking vessels. Please make sure that you have copies of your Skippers Certificate, Ship Station radio license as well as the relevant Port Discs on board. Also do not go out at night if your lights are not working.
